After upgrade on 1.2.3. important data got lost!

  • I was very satisfied with this theme. Wanted to give you already 5*.
    But today I updated theme to version 1.2.3. and got all important data from the home page lost!!!

    My all sliders disapeared and “futured areas” 1-3 below sliders are empty now, no logo, no favicon, no background etc…

    Have to invest a lot of time to rebuild them again. Perhaps I should just change the theme, coz now i have to invest a lot of time anyway.

    Or if somebody from support can tell me how to recover all data or help me to downgrade the theme to the old version, that at least i can try to recover old data. Later on I could do simply copy/paste into newest theme version, which would save me a lot of work.

    Any help from your side guys?

    The issue you’re experiencing is not caused by the theme. However if you like we can of course see if this is an issue we can help with. If you’d still like support please can you provide us with more information about exactly what happened to cause the loss of data.
