After Updation, File Change Warning

  • I have installed iThemes plugin in two of my sites- https://AcupressureJaipur.com and https://PyraVastuExpert.com
    I have enabled auto update option in admin panel. Before 2-3 days, both of the sites updated to latest version 4.9.1

    I am receiving file change warnings from iThemes for both the sites. Before this I have never received such mail from this plugin after updation.

    Is this a serious issue? Please guide.

    I am using the free version.
