Can you change the tracker type to query variable?

tracker type is setting to query variable but it’s not tracking

Did you find a solution to this problem? I am having the same issue. It seems to be fixed after I did the suggessted switch to the tracker type. Please update if you solved the issue. Thank you

I’ve looked at the site and I’m confused. I don’t see the Top 10 code added at all.

Can you try this temporarily by switching to another theme?

I changed themes and the plugin works, if I put the child’s themes not count visits, but I’m not reported any mistake what could be the problem?

There seems to be a clear issue with your child theme then. Top 10 uses wp_enqueue_scripts which is a standard WordPress function to add the tracker code.

One option (although the function is deprecated) is to use <?php tptn_add_viewed_count() ?> in your themes footer.php or better yet single.php within the Loop to see if that works.

I have inserted the <? Php tptn_add_viewed_count ()?> Within the single.php loop and works,

You’re welcome. You might also need to check the theme as you potentially might have issue with other plugins trying to add their code which might be working properly.
