After updating to latest version it stopped working

    Hi,

    Could you please make sure that you are using the right shortcode to display the widget on your site if you are using shortcode, as the shortcode as changed for the latest version.

    Shortcode for version 8.8 : [news-announcement group=”sample”]

    Please do have a check with it and get back to us if the issue still persists.

    Hi,

    I’m using your widget to display the widget on the sidebar.
    There’s no way to configure anything in the widget.

    Hi,

    Would you please try to remove the widget from the sidebar and then deactivate the plugin and again activate it and then drag and drop the widget into the sidebar from Appearance->Widgets and then click save.

    Also, does it shows any message like ‘No announcement available’ on the site or it does not gets include at all in your site?

    Have a check with it and back to us if the issue still persists.
