After updating to 3.5 I have been having alot of issues!

My theme was messing up with weird messages at the top of my pages, but that has stopped. Now I cannot write posts because my “Visual” button is not working when I try to write a post. Someone please help, I cannot figure this out and it is putting me back on my posts =/..
