After updating the plugin all settings are reseted

    Title says it. Always after update (in many sites) this plugin delete all settings that I have made and disappears from website.
    All input fields in backend are empty, and I always have to write all things again.
    Poor.

    Hi @marypop , really sorry to hear that. And I want to help you. Can you specify a little bit when and how it happens?

    My questions:

    • which plugin did you update? The premium version or the free version?
    • From what version to which version?
    • Does that happen always if you do an update? Or did it only happen once? if always: how often did it already happen exactly? And can you share the from what version to which version?
    • What is you php version and wp version?
