After updates showing error

exactly the same error either with Safari or Chrome since the last update

Same error PC and iPad and Windows mobile

The same error for me.
This is not plugin update error but their service bug.

Very separate from the update, there was a sudden misconfiguration from an upstream network, and it should be resolved now.
