We were using 3.3.4 version with WordPress 4.5.6 using S3 as storage and everything was working fine.

After updating to last current version 3.3.6 is no more working.
we had to manually restore and downgrade to 3.3.4

    UPDATE:
with last version this seems fixed.

    Hi @all

there is a known bug which causes lost of password for S3 and ftp. If you have this bug after you update, you need to reenter the password. There will be a release next week fixing that.

    Hi @vanvox
I had also to re-enter the S3 secret, but that was not a big deal. I saw that in your changelog you changed the way how credentials are stored/handled so it is fine.

What I am saying here is that also re-entering the right cretendials and re-configuring again S3 settings, the backup is no more working. The job get blocked.

    Best regards.

    Same here…
None of my operations works since update…
I’am very disappointed I hope a fix will soon arrive because I cannot imagine living without this (before) excellent extension.

@all, are you still experiencing this issue? in 3.3.7, S3 seems to work fine. Can you upgrade to this version and check?
