After update to 4.01 i cant get addon to update

After auto update to 4.01 i cant get add-ons to update.
1)no major changes to my site
2)I deativated all addons thinking that would do it but no.
site
3)dashboard runs slow 30 load timeshttps://realestateradioshow.com
when attempting to do an update whole screen goes white
