After update to 3.1.4 we receive php fatal error

    after update to newest version 3.1.4 our whole site broke down with
    PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function is_woocommerce_active() …

    After we excluded your plugin – everything works well again.

    WP version:4.9.5
    WC version: 3.3.4
    PHP version:7.2.3

    Please help.
