After update, timelines not showing

    Hi Support, please help!

    After recent plugin update, my timeline is no longer showing. I just see this message:

    Sorry,You have not added any story yet

    The shortcode still looks OK on the page:

    [cool-timeline layout="default" designs="design-2" skin="default" category="Waste Bill Ratification" show-posts="100" order="DEC" icons="YES" animations="slide-up" story-content="full" date-format="j F Y"]

    I am using DIVI theme, on standard up-to-date WordPress, with all plugins updated.

    Hope you can help. ??

    Hi @photomaldives,

    Please add the category slug in the category option within the shortcode. When inserting the shortcode, use the category slug, not the name.

    You can use this shortcode.

    I had to edit your code slightly, to use the simple “” throughout >

    And now that’s worked OK, thanks. ??

    It had been working OK for more than 1 year, and only broke after the update this week, so I guess you changed the code to use the slug rather than the name.
