After Update Tax is added to shipping automatically

    After the update to WC 3.2.0 my shop is adding taxes to the shipping cost. I sell food products so this is not good. I double checked my tax settings and all looks okay. I have temporarily turned off the taxes however would like to be able to use them for non-food items. Perhaps I missed a setting or someone else has noticed a similar issue?

    When you go to WooCommerce -> Settings -> Tax and look at your tax rates are the shipping checkbox checked next each rate? https://cld.wthms.co/h2dnW5 If that checkbox is checked it will apply taxes to shipping as well.
