In order to troubleshoot this further, can you share a copy of your status report found under **WooCommerce > Status**? Which WooCommerce version did you use previously and did you update WordPress at the same time?

Hi @koullis. Are you still facing this issue? Do you have any fatal error logs when you click on the dropdown in WooCommerce > Status > Logs? Or does your host have any logs that provide more information about what’s going on? It would be helpful if you could share those please.

We haven’t heard back from you so I’m going to go ahead and mark this thread as resolved. If you still need help with this issue or have any other questions about the WooCommerce plugin, please start a new thread.
