after update postie won't auto get mail

I am having the same issue. Manually works but setting it for every 5 mins does not. Even after going to the site to look at a page or two.

Strange that the scheduling isn’t working as nothing was changed.
What version of WordPress are you using?

WP latest version 4.0

I’m on WP 3.92 but the newest postie. Can’t upgrade WP to 4.0 yet because of a custom theme issue

After 6.0 same issue, no autopost / cron. Rolling back to 5.1.24 everything works again.

I dont know if changes in 6.0 cant run on localhost(?). So far, everything has been ok ( 5.1.24 ) with localhost and live.

Everything in our installs are up to date/ latest (except Postie)

I have found and fixed the issue with 1.6.0 and 1.6.1 not fetching emails. Fix released in 1.6.2.

Sorry, I seem to have the same problem: fetching mail manually works fine, but when they are fetched automatically the attached images can be found in the upload directory, but the text does not appear as post.

This problem exists since a couple of days.

Hi, I’m a VERY newbie
Same problem here – installed 1.6.3 in WP4.0 and everything works fine EXCEPT postie does not fetch mail automatically:-(
Manual fetch and postie tests all work well.
Any ideas?
