    I had 4 sections created with product tabs but after updating the info is not displaying anymore, not on the frontend per product, nor on the backend, product page editor. This is at least more than annoying on a live site, looking for urgent help?!!

    well…it did and a few hours later even that version is giving blank results.

    I’m sorry for the inconvenience that this issue has caused. A release candidate containing the fix was already submitted for quality evaluation and we will let you know once an update is available.

    We have released version 2.1.0.1 which fixes the issue. If you update the plugin, you’ll be able to save your products without losing any more tab data.

    The latest version of the plugin (2.1.1) should fix this problem for good. The previous version was only a partial fix. Please get back to us if you get any further problems, and our apologies for the hassle caused by the problem.

    rolling back for the 4th time now

    @theconsul Please note that if rolling back to the version 2.0.23 doesn’t recover your content, then you have probably saved the products in the version with the issue. After that, your tab content is gone and there is no way to recover them without a database backup.

    The latest version of the plugin (2.1.2) offers a fix for this issue, but only if you have the content in the old versions.
