    Are you getting a specific error message or what exactly is not working after the update? Do you have a link to your site?

    Me too. api key inserted, plug connected, when I enter the fields out, the message confirming registration, but the email is not added to the list.

    Hi friii84,

    Most likely that’s another issue, so I ask you to please open a separate topic on this support forum. First guess is that you have double opt-in enabled, therefore someone will need to confirm their email address through a confirmation email before they show up on your list.

    Hi Danny,

    Thanks for your reply.As i told you before after update when i activte plugin my whole website stops, then i deactivate plugin using ftp by changing plugin directory name to made work my website.Then I install new plugin directory unfortunately same problem occures.I tried it 3 times but every time same issue. Please help me its urgent for me to make it run on my site.

    Can you please let us know what exact error message you are seeing? Without checking your website it’s difficult for us to guess the issue might be.

    Please try again and let us know if you are seeing any specific error message. Secondly, also please check which version of PHP is available on your hosting and let us know.
