    The pictures render if I deactivate the plug-in.

  • I am having the same problem also. Product images were fine after I deactivated this plugin. But this is my primary payment plugin, so it MUST get fixed ASAP.

    You can roll back to have the previous plugin and don’t make the last update, so you can have the plugin payment working

    Thanks so much for reaching out! I’m so sorry to hear that product images aren’t loading with the latest version. I’d love to help all of you get back up and running without needing to revert to the older version.

    The provided product page is showing a JavaScript error which typically occurs on sites running an optimization plugin such as Autoptimize.

    Please get in touch with us directly if your site isn’t running Autoptimize so we can look further into this: https://www.skyverge.com/contact/?form_type=support&purchased=wordpress&plugin=braintree

    If your site is currently running Autoptimize you must ensure assets are loaded in the header, as well as adding sv-wc-payment-gateway-payment-form.min.js as an exclusion to Autoptomize, so it doesn’t break our scripts.

    Your settings should look something like this:

    If you don’t see the above settings, please click “Show advanced settings” near the top right of the Autoptimize settings screen.

    Could you please try either disabling Autoptimize or adding the exclusion in to see if that addresses the issues?

    pro-tip; you can disable Autoptimize on a per-request basis by adding ?ao_noptimize=1 to the URL.

    For those interested: WP-Rocket isn’t playing well with the most recent version of the plugin on my install. ??

    Thanks so much for narrowing that down! I have tested with WP Rocket and tried a few different configurations but haven’t been able to replicate this issue.

    It’s likely this conflict is due to a specific configuration your site is using. Would you please reach out to us at our contact form with an export of your WP Rocket settings? You can get this export under Settings > WP Rocket > Tools.
