So do we have a solution? Or just wait for next update?

    Hey?@cmcstore and @joemeyer,

Thanks for writing to us about our plugin! I’m sorry to hear that the plugin isn’t working as expected. I’d be happy to help out here. ??

I’ve had a look at the link provided by @joemeyer and I see the following error in the browser’s console:

Uncaught ReferenceError: WC_Braintree_PayPal_Product_Button_Handler is not defined
        at HTMLDocument.<anonymous> ((index):31)
        at i (jquery-1.12.4-wp.js:2)
        at Object.fireWith [as resolveWith] (jquery-1.12.4-wp.js:2)
        at Function.ready (jquery-1.12.4-wp.js:2)
        at HTMLDocument.J (jquery-1.12.4-wp.js:2)

Typically errors like these occur as a result of a conflict with an optimizing plugin such as Autoptomize but it is rather surprising for it to occur after an update to the gateway.

@cmcstore – Would you please share a link to one of your affected products so I can check to see if you have the same error on your end?

@joemeyer – It may be best to start your own thread in case the issues aren’t fully related. Would you please set up a new post on the support forum?

    Thank you both!

I’m afraid all products are affected. Autoptomize is enabled, that’s true. I rolled back and haven’t made the update, hoping to be enother update solving this problem.

    Hey @cmcstore,

Thanks so much for following up and letting me know that reverting to the older version has addressed the issue! I’d love to help you get back up and running with the latest version of the plugin.

Since your site is running Autoptimize, could you please ensure assets are loaded in the header, as well as adding sv-wc-payment-gateway-payment-form.min.js as an exclusion to Autoptomize, so it doesn’t break our scripts?

Your settings should look something like this:

If you don’t see the above settings, please click “Show advanced settings” near the top right of the Autoptimize settings screen.

Could you please update the plugin again, then try either disabling Autoptimize or adding the exclusion in to see if that addresses the issues?

    Thanks,

    Tamara
