After Update Not Working on I-pad

Hi,
We have had your plugin on our website for a few months now until we go live, i has been working perfectly, thank you, but after we updated the plugin yesterday it now does not work on ipads, it does on android and iphone and computers but not on ipads. just wondering if there is a fix for this, thanks
