After update impossible to use it

Hi, since the new update, I can’t use normally the plugin. I can create new size chart but when I m going to “go to design” its not the good product page and I can’t create a chart size table. I’ve tried everything but impossible.

It was so simple and efficient before, I don’t understand this plugin destruction.
