After update, I can’t get to my dashboard, posts, pages, etc.

I just updated, but every time I log in and try to go to my dashboard or anywhere on my site through my login, it brings me to the screen saying “No Update Required: Your WordPress database is already up to date!”
I can’t get past that. When I hit “continue,” it brings me to my homepage.
