After Update Error Send Test Email.

    After the latest update there has been Error to send “Test Email” in fact no Email is not being sent using WP MU.

    The following error is being displayed:

    Test Email Failure

    There was an error while trying to send the test email.

    SMTP connect() failed. https://github.com/PHPMailer/PHPMailer/wiki/Troubleshooting

    Please note no settings has been changed since the previous version. How can this be solved?
