Facing a similar issue on multiple WooCommerce websites – the product variations stop working properly.
Updating to the latest 6.1.0 version from the repository did not solve the problem.

Normally, the variations look like this:

However, when you Save the variations with Cyr-to-Lat enabled, the variations reset like this:

There are no errors in the console or the error logs.
Tried troubleshooting by disabling all other plugins and re-saving the permalinks, but to no avail.
This behavior occurs only when the plugin is active.
