    Thanks for writing to us about our plugin! I apologize for the delay over the weekend. I’m sorry to hear that the latest update isn’t connecting as expected. I am happy to help out here. ??

    We have been working closely with Facebook to track an issue down that was affecting certain accounts and their team has confirmed that there is a bug with the Facebook platform. The Facebook team has started rolling out a fix for this issue late Friday but it’s possible that not all Facebook accounts got the fix immediately.

    As such, would you all please try re-connecting once more and update us here on what you find with your latest attempt?

    We are working closely with the Facebook team who is working tirelessly to identify the cause of these general errors. I’ll be sure to update you once we hear any news from their team regarding fixes to this issue.

    If you are still experiencing issues, would you please reach out to our support team through our site sharing the email address you use for your Facebook account so the Facebook team can take a look at the logs and determine why your attempts to connect are failing?

    Thanks so much for confirming that! Have you had a chance to reach out to our support team through the link above to share the email address you are using for your Facebook account?

    That will help the Facebook team review your account directly to see if you may be running into a different issue from the other users seeing a similar error.

    @tamarazuk hi, yes I contact them via contact form. But didn’t send any info related to my Facebook account since I would prefer they ask me to what kind of they need.

    Skyverge support said no solution yet. Well don’t waste my time for such extra requests to end with such answer please @tamarazuk.

    Not working plugin creates enough annoyance. And before you take over Facebook plugin developed by Facebook team was working. And here you dropped the ball. You are here with not enough tested plugin and it is too surprising for me since Skyverge was a good name in terms of WooCommerce.

    I just wanted to send a quick update and let you know that Facebook has released a number of fixes on their end and we have released a new version with a couple of fixes too. Many users are able to reconnect under the new version now so I would recommend giving v2 another try when you have a few moments.

    @tamarazuk You didn’t hear from me, because there was no improvement on this issue. I already tested it yesterday. Problem continues. So “resolved” status could give false hope to solution searchers out there. Status is still not resolved and waiting.

    Yes tried it yesterday. Version was 2.0.1.
