After Update can't log in to the admin, IP address has been blocked

Hi,
I have just updated this plugin and when trying to log in to the admin again, I get an error: Login failed because your IP address has been blocked message. When deactivating the plugin, I can just log in as normal, I’ve try to re-install the plugin and I get the same problem, not able to log in.
Is there any solution for this, I have currently uninstalled the plugin but I would like to re-install as soon as the problem is fixed.
