Hi @zzanna, sorry about this. We’re working on a fix, but if you delete the MarketingCampaignsReporting plugin, it should load again. You can then re-install the MarketingCampaignsReporting plugin.

A fix for this has been created and will be out in 5.0.3 hopefully tomorrow.

Same here with version 5.0.1 and 5.0.2.
Backend worked again after reverting back to version 4.15.3

@jpnl this should be fixed in version 5.0.3. Note: after updating Matomo for WordPress, you will still need to update any other Matomo plugins you are using, as they will need to be updated to the latest version to be used with Matomo 5.

Hi @jpnl and @zzanna. Have you had a chance to look at dizzyatinnocraft’s previous comment or maybe any question around this?

    Yes the update fixes it.

@jpnl I’m glad this works now and feel free to get in touch again should there be another issue. If you wouldn’t mind and have a spare minute we would really appreciate if you rate our plugin on the WordPress plugins directory. Have a great day.
