• After the most recent update, I cannot add a hyperlink from either the tool or the menu. Everything seems to go OK, but then there’s no link added.

    Most likely some sort of caching issue. Delete the browser cache, reload few times while holding Shift, try another browser, etc.

    If not, please look for errors in the browser console and paste them here.

    A cache issue was one of my assumptions from reading other similar errors, so I tried what you said about that before posting here. As requested, I did find an error in the browser console:

    /wp-content/themes/customizr-pro/addons/wfc/front/assets/css/dyn-style.php?is_customizing=false&wp-mce-4506-20170408
    Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 (Internal Server Error)

    The error occurred twice.
    The file does exist, although if there’s supposed to be something with the text “mce” in it, that’s not there.

    Did you ever solve this? I’m having an error looking for the same file, same theme. Here’s my error

    Have cleared cache multiple times
