After update Author box missing

Hi,

Here it is supposed to be at the bottom https://www.zahnpflegeland.de/elektrische-zahnbuerste/

I litterally could see it vanish after the update upon refresh.

We’re looking into this. It’s most probably a conflict with the theme or some other plugin because our last update did not contain any changes on how the box is placed/handled on the frontend.

It’s either a conflict with Oxygen or the Oxygen’s author box addon. Try disabling them just for testing purposes and see if SAB shows up.

I deleted the Oxygen Authorbox, it did not help – simple author box still not showing on pages. Also it worked perfectly fine before in combination. It is also still working on posts, just not on pages anymore after the update.

This is not resolved, still having the problem. Please help

I have the Pro version since a long time, but it might be my license (and this feature) is not activated eventhough it states it is active.

I also remember there was a PRO option to allow it on pages which is now gone.

Could you have a look into it please?
