After update all rooms details gone

  • We have purchased a theme from ThemeForest. and this plugin paid version included this theme. this plugin uses same prefix with paid version and we update the plugin and my all rooms data gone.

    He should use the different prefix for the free plugin so free version update should not show in paid version. and we lost everything now.

    Let us know how we fix this issue.

    sorry, we almost forgot about this update problem. Please switch back to your previous version and it will work fine.

    Just remove current version and re-upload latest version via FTP (Pls don’t try deactive and remove via “Plugin Manager” in WP-Admin)

    We are doing a plugin to migrate from old version (v2.x will be not supported anymore) and plan upgrade for all user purchase AweBooking v2 or any buy our theme on ThemeForest using AweBooking v2.

    The migrate will be release in this weekend after testing done.

    The update does not work, I lose all data

    same issue: removed the “new” plugin since rooms were not showing anymore even if DB is actually storing all details. When changed it back to the old version (FTP > removed and reuploaded) i had to enter once again and from the very begin all rooms details 1by1 (including pics and features) and this has really upset me .. !!!

    I lost all my rooms. My business is messed up… Customers are not happy!!!
    When can this be fixed and can the rooms be replaced with a ‘back up’ ?

    Not sure with this means.
