after Update 500 Error

You’ll have to share the error from the PHP error log for us to help. Alternatively, if you enable WP_DEBUG then this may also show the error on the screen.

I try to get the logfile.
With the WP_DEBUG I see no error.

I got the logfile.
I found this:

File does not exist: PATH/wissen_test/powerpoint-animationen-erstellen-eine-anleitung-as-computertraining/, referer: https://www-as–computer-de.cdn.ampproject.org/c/s/www.as-computer.de/wissen/eine-powerpoint-praesentation-erstellen/amp/

But the PATH/wissen_test is old. It must be PATH/wissen
An the URL in the referer looks strange.
Can that be the reasons? How can I solve it?

I think you’re looking at the wrong log. You don’t want the server error log (e.g. 404 errors) but rather the PHP error log.

I suggest trying to deactivate other plugins one by one to see if one, and after deactivating each see if the 500 error goes away. After deactivating a plugin and you see the 500 error goes away, then that plugin would be the source of the error.
