After update! They set a price, for example 30 euros

after the client came in to pay, the cost at the moment is 0.50 euros

There is an error in the system, please check and fix it!

When I disabled the =Payment Gateway Based Fees and Discounts for WooCommerce= plugin and enabled the WooCommerce PayPal Payments= plugin, the problem disappeared.

We need these plugins to work!

    guys can you help?

    Hi @sofiart,

Sorry for the delay in response and for the inconvenience caused to you.

Do you mean that you are having the incorrect order total when the customer try to repay the order?

Would you be able to share a screenshot or two that depict the current issue you’ve mentioned? This would greatly assist me in understanding the problem and finding a suitable solution. If you could capture both the payment interface and the plugin setup, it would give me a clearer picture of what’s happening.

Guys, you can’t tell from the screenshots! tell me where can I send the video:

    1. created order (commission) 30 euros
    2. Follow the order link
    3. Update the link several times and we receive a cost of 0.00 euros

0.50 euros, because the surcharge is fixed at 0.50 euros
