After update! They set a price, for example 30 euros. after the client came in to pay, the cost at the moment is 0.50 euros. There is an error in the system, please check and fix it!

when disabling the plugin = WooCommerce PayPal Payments= the problem disappeared, but we can’t live without it, since we integrate with PayPal / receive payments through this plugin!

When I disabled the =Payment Gateway Based Fees and Discounts for WooCommerce= plugin and enabled the WooCommerce PayPal Payments= plugin, the problem disappeared.

We need these plugins to work!

It sounds like there might be a conflict between Payment Gateway Based Fees and Discounts for WooCommerce with WooCommerce PayPal Payments.

Since this is a third-party plugin which we don’t provide support for (please see our Support Policy), it would be best to reach out to the plugin’s developers for further assistance here. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.

Alternatively, you can switch to another plugin like Payment Method Based Fee & Discounts or Payment Gateway Based Fees.
