• I checked the logs that the plugin requires a file
    w3-total-cache/lib/Google/Places/Reviews.php

I have done this solution to work again :
    1) create this file with and leave blank inside the code of start and end php tag
    2) delete wp-content/cache content

The point is that wp-content/plugins/w3-total-cache/w3-total-cache-api.php require a file ( of one of your plugin )

The web site for me restart.
I hope that the team solve this bug asap.
    Have a nice day!

Dear ngospelmedia you doesn’t need to delete the plugin from the Wp-content/plugins folder…
    now you need :
    – Remove this line from Wp-config file – (define(‘WP_CACHE’, true) )
    – Delete advanced-cache.php, db.php, wp-total-cache-config.php, and delete the entire w3tc folder from the Wp-content folder.
    – Check the .htaccess file; if you see any code added by W3 Total Cache, remove it.
    Good luck!

    ok let me try it…
