    Hi
    please help me, my site has digital or downloadable products.
    after I updated the plugins on my site I ran into a problem
    1. after the payment is complete, but the link to download the file is not there and in my account there is also no link to download the file.

    2. I have checked the order. And I saw “Permissions for downloadable products” empty
    I tried to give permission to download manually, it didn’t work, nothing happened, waited up to 30 minutes still couldn’t, I refreshed the page and tried again, still can’t. No error notification.

    I checked the product, and its fine, before it worked fine.

    Hi there,

    Just to be sure – is the order marked as completed? Are you seeing any error notices in the order notes section?

    Also, which version were you using previously and have you reviewed your download settings under **WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Downloadable products**?

    Are you able to resolve the behavior for your downloadable products? If not, it definitely looks like a conflict on your site after updating your plugins.
