After the recent update, No way to unblock an IP address

    Before the recent update, there was an option to unlock an IP address cerber locked as a result of malicious activities. Most times, I’ve had to unlock the IP address myself because most are false positive. With the recent update, IP addresses are marked as blocked and no option to unblock them. Hence users can’t sign into the platform.

    How do I go about this? Please help this is urgent.

    Nothing has changed in this aspect. To unlock an IP address, go to the “Lockouts” tab, (which is on the Dashboard), find the IP, click “Remove”.
