After the last update the animations have errors

    Hello, unfortunately after the last update the animations present in the slides we have inserted on the home page no longer behave as before.

    The texts that should appear from the bottom up with the animation that brings them to their right place are already present on the page and the result is very bad.

    Plus, the round image on the left should appear with an animation that no longer works.

    I give you a clue that might be useful: if I go into edit mode and click on the “play the animation” button everything works properly. But on the site it remains malfunctioning.

    We installed the last update which, as you had anticipated, would have solved the problem, but to our regret we must highlight how instead the problem has remained as it is.

    It begins to become embarrassing again to report to our customer, who asks us daily why his site used to work properly and is now affected by this bug, that the problem has not yet been solved and that it does not depend on our will.

    We hope that the problem can be solved as soon as possible, also to restore the credibility and reliability that we have encountered so far in your company.

    @superlead Hi, I experienced the same issue after updating the plugin a few hours ago. Despite multiple attempts, the problem persisted. However, I tried again and it now works properly. I don’t know if the issue was fixed by the developers, but here’s what I did: I removed the shortcodes, updated the plugin, cleared all caches, reinserted the shortcodes, updated the page, and cleared the cache again. This resolved the issue for me. I hope this helps you.
