Fluent Form allows me to solve certain advanced issues I had with all other Form plugins I have tested so far, including JetFormsbuilder, Elementor Pro Forms etc.

To say it upfront: If you have standard use cases like contact forms and such, of course FF can easily do it. I believe users of FF mostly want to fix more advanced cases, e.g. complex subscription forms or using one of the many integrations to remote services. If you search a Form plugin you don’t want to change when you use cases grow, FF is for you.

I am super happy that the Webhook integration is really well implemented. Sending data off to a remote REST API is super easy and also FF allows you to control you in a fine-grained way, which data you want to send. Many integrations like webhook can run on one form as well.

While I am using FF now for only 2 weeks only, I have already filed several feature requests, that would make FF even better. I substract one star, since there is no repeater section just yet. Wait! There is a repeater field. And for many, this is sufficient. However, for more advanced uses cases I wish for being able to define entire sections, including many fields, that repeat (like JetformsBuilder does it).

By the way, the styling of FF is much better than with JetformsBuilder, that uses Gutenberg. And 90% of your forms you can even style in Elementor. However, some buttons etc. you need to write a little CSS if you have custom styles to apply.

The support, btw, is outstanding (speaking as a Pro user). All tickets are answered within 24 hours, often sooner. A bug I have found was fixed in 48 hours, and they have sent me a beta to check if the fix works. Really great to work with the FF guys!
