After Testing getting 503 error

  • Hello,
    I was using this plugin in my two sites after some malicious files found in my sites, then I restored a backup, and now the User Sync does not work. I reinstalled the plugin in both sites still give the same error ” Error contacting the remote site: 503 – Service Unavailable “

    Could you please let me know how to solve this issue?

    Hi @asrar7 !
    Thanks for using WPRUS. It seems the remote site contacted has an issue (not the plugin), coming from either a third party plugin/theme or the server configuration.

    Does it happen with fresh installs of WordPress and default plugins/theme?
