STYLE CSS after HTML closing TAG?

    Hello,
    May I ask why this plugin is inserting Style after </html> tag?

    This is breaking validation for website.

    </html>?
    <style type=”text/css”>h2.frq-main-title{font-size:18px;}.hrf-entry{border:none!important;margin-bottom:0px!important;padding-bottom:0px!important;}.hrf- (…)

    Is it possible to use custom CSS on separate file?
