After successful import site is not imported

I exported my WP site (4.3.1) and imported it to a clean WP install (4.3.1). The import finishes successfully but after saving permalinks nothing is changed. Stil same clean install. Tried several times. I also tried import with purchased version of the plugin even if import files in below 200mb.
Any ideas?
