    saving the permalinks solves the issue! ??

    But can you explain why it was so?

    When you have a plugin that adds new post types and taxonomies, those new content types aren’t “known” by WordPress. By refreshing the permalinks, WP will scan all the available content types and add them to the rewrite rules. WP will now “know” them and display the content accordingly.
