“After submit” shows blank form

    After submitting a signup form I see the blinking dots and then the form goes blank — fields are all hidden. The new data is successfully added to the list. Form is being shown using a short code.

    Has anyone else seen this?

    Hi @wordhab,

    Can you please let us know if you’re redirecting the users to the MailPoet Page?

    If so, this is a known issue. To fix it, please try to create a custom page and select it as the page your new subscribers should be redirected to after submitting their subscription.

    Thanks Bruna, that works! I’d had the “Show Message” option checked and would much rather be able to use that. Is there anyway to get it to work?

    Can you please clarify that you’d rather use the “Show Message” option but it doesn’t work? However, the custom redirect page works, right?
