    Hello,

New to this plugin and have a couple of issues, this is one of them

After i submit a form, i have configured the plugin to display custom generated text.

What actually happens is that the Post holding the form is redisplayed ready to completed again.
If i try and “Go Back” on the browser then the same form is displayed, However if i purge cache in my WP admin page the Custom generated text page appears????

What is happening? is this anything to do with my other plugin W3 Total Cache please?

    Thanks
    John

    Hey, @ejwjohn!

As my colleague has responded to you, there must have been a temporary database failure on your website, due to server problems.

Form Maker itself does not trigger similar issues, but the storing problem occurred since the database was temporarily inaccessible.

We are pleased to know the problem is not occurring on your site anymore.
    Cheers!

    Hello,

I believe you have two of my threads mixed up, the comment you made last on this thread has nothing to do with this issue.

This problem is very much still a Problem and i was informed a few days ago that your developers were dealing with it…so what is the status please?

    thx

    Hello, @ejwjohn!

The two problems you have posted about, were, in fact, related. The database timeout on your website MySQL caused two submissions to be merged,

This has triggered the problem of database storing and action after submission.

In order to make actions after submissions work, it was necessary to remove the merged submission, which our development team did, and this has resolved the issue.

Please simply re-submit the form using the submission emails of these two submissions, and you will have them re-added to your form.

    Thank you!
