    Hi
I have searched the internet and tried every suggestion to fix this issue. When a student pays they are taken to a log-in page. If you click register now it doesn’t do anything. The orders are completed, I have guest purchase on. Virtual + tutor clicked on the product page. Nothing is working.

  • Hello @nagame,

Can you tell us which version of Tutor LMS you are using now.

You may have replaced student registration page with another plugin’s default page. Register button also may not work when you have hard compression enabled for Tutor Js files from your cache plugin.

Students can’t access paid course contents until woocommerce changes their order status. You can enable “Auto complete woo orders from Tutor settings > monetization tab.

Woocommerce doesn’t change order status automatically in the following cases-

If you have IPN or payment capture issues.
If you have sandbox/test mode enabled from woocommerce settings > payments tab > payment gateway
If you have bank transfer, cash on delivery and check payments enabled from woocommerce settings > payments tab

    Hi,
    I am using version 2.0.8.

I 100% have the auto-complete orders on. I also have a plug-in that completes the orders automatically.

“You may have replaced student registration page with another plugin’s default page. Register button also may not work when you have hard compression enabled for Tutor Js files from your cache plugin.” can you tell me how to check these things?

    Thanks

    Hello @nagame,

You can temporarily disable your cache plugin.

You can navigate to Tutor settings > advanced tab to ensure students registration page is assigned. Also make sure memberships- enabled from WordPress settings > general.

You can also write to support at themeum dot com if you would like us to take a closer look.

    Hi,
I don’t have a cache plug in. I can’t find tutor settings? I have general > dashboard page > student registration (which you can’t register for) & advanced > student registration > student registration. n
puged cache. Still nothing working. I have sent an email already but heard nothing back.

The registration page it goes to after checkout says welcome back.It doesn’t look like the page in “pages”

    Hello @nagame,

Please don’t replace dashboard page with student registration page and also do not select dashboard as your homepage template. You can leave these default settings as they are.

After you make these changes you can share your website url so that we can see the behavior from our end.

    Hi,
thanks. I changed it back and now after checkout it says page can’t be found.

    website course here (https://therapycourses.digital/courses/dialectical-behavior-therapy-dbt-course-workbook/)

    thanks.

    Hello @nagame,

You need to flush permalinks once from WordPress settings > permalinks, choose post name. If it’s already selected then click save changes button once then clear cache once.

    Hi,
I did all that and it is still showing page not found after checkout (/enrolled-courses).

    Hello @nagame,

Do you still have student registration page assigned to Tutor settings > general?

Do you have a redirection plugin active because after I registered it didn’t take me to Tutor dashboard page which was expected. Did you replace Tutor dashboard with another page or left unselected?

If you’ve written to our support then please share initial 4 letters of your email and I will take a closer look.

    Hi,
mine is set to select option. I sent an email. Did you get it this time?

    Hello @nagame,

Sorry, no email received from nagame or char.

You need to select dashboard from Tutor settings > general tab. If you deleted this page inadvertently then you can regenerate this and other default pages from Tutor tools > Tutor pages.

    Hi,
I have done both of those things and it still doesn’t work. I have sent you an email from char account and now nagame account. Have you go any of my emails?

    Hello @nagame,

Yes we received your email and replied. Again do not keep dashboard unselected from Tutor settings > general or else users will end up in a blank page.
