alright, it seems there is a problem as there is no log about product category so it must be some other plugin that is causing this error, please allow me to check once more what else I can do for you and surely inform after few hours.

I’ve deactivated all plugins except Woocommerce and “Woocommerce Bundle Choice” But still get 404 after pressing Continue on the first product.

please try Error Log Viewer by BestWebSoft to log the error which will tell us detailed file name and line so we can understand where we are making mistakes.

before logging error please switch WordPress to debug mode to enable system error logging which is necessary as your previous error logs are not much clear.

now as we can see that in line no 10 of the error log there is blank logging, which means that the category of your product is not mapped properly.

please double check mapping to make it work as expected, while we are trying to make the plugin even more flexible to adapt condition just like yours.
