After saving setting UM i get SQL statement on screen

I’m using UM in WordPress template Smartshop. I think this plugin is amazing. I only have one bug to report. Every time i want to save the settings of UM i get an SQL statement on my screen. When i copy/paste this — https://magicwimpers.nl/wp-admin/admin.php?page=um_options — in the url it saves the settings. And i have 1 question, where did the widget access control go? Did you removed it from UM or is it a bug on my part.
