After registration no editing profile possible

    I’ve tried the Ultimate Member plugin.
    I think this is one of the better plugins for member registration but it has a problem;
    After registration, the member can not edit his profile.
    So he can not supplement or remove anything.
    How Can that be solved?

    Hi @rinustp,

    Have you correctly assigned User page in Ultimate member -> Settings -> General -> Pages?
    Please make sure that User page contains profile form shortcode which you can find in Ultimate member -> Forms section.

    Do you see “Edit profile” under the “gear” icon and on your User page?

    Yes, found the problem!

    I had everything set up well and I also found the button with the gear icon.
    The problem was that extra fields that I had entered in the registration form were not visible in the user form.
    That’s why I could not edit it.
    After I had read your answer, I checked everything and discovered the error.
    I have placed the extra fields in the user form and now it works fine.
    I am very happy with this. Now I can continue with my site.
    It must be ready in 4 weeks.
    Then I also want the possibility to have members send e-mails to each other via the website.
    That might be possible with the extension private messages. That is a new study for me.
