we tried your settings and all works good.
With these settings you should have a 600×588 image, shown as zoom image.
Can you post your product page link so we can check what is going to happen on front-end?

btw. it was the product image settings in woocomerce-settings-products-display
i changed from 200×200 to 511×638 and regenerated the images when the zoom stopped working.

    did you check it then

So the way this works then is to upload a LARGE image and then shrink it on the site? So the magnifier actually only shows up to the original size and does NOT actually in fact make it larger??

    Thank you

Did you manage to fix this? Having the same problem….

    Plugin settings
    Zoom Box Width 960
    Zoom Box Height 960
    Image size 1181 x1181

    Original image size 1772 × 1772

was working fine up until a few days ago.

    Thanks, George

added note: I seem to be getting a 404 error on each of my product pages telling me my image is undefined

    Any help would be appreciated!
