    Hi ,

After the recent update new FAQs are not working properly. It is showing the FAQ items as well as some weird codes as well. Check the screenshot for more details.

I am not using any block editor just WordPress’s default block editor.

    Please look into it.

    Hi,

    i can’t reproduce this.
Can you provide a link and the used shortcode?

Is this on all pages with FAQ or just this special one?

I haven’t used any shortcode, just used the FAQ block from Block Editor .

After the update this is the first time I used FAQ. Older blocks showing good output. New FAQs are messed up.

    Hi @banglaquiz ,

so i think we found the problem here.

Your’re using the automated google ads script (have a look at your source code). In this case the ads are injected in the answer of the FAQ and destroys the valid JSON-LD of the FAQ output.

So i’m sorry, but that’s a conflict with a third party plugin and not with the WPSC-Plugin.

    Hi @banglaquiz ,
were you able to solve the problem?
If there is nothing new, I will close this thread, since it is not a problem of the plugin.

    Hi ,

For few pages I was facing the same issue .

I had to dump FAQ block there and used Multi FAQ Block from Classic Editor. With Multi FAQ block from Classic Editor this problem never arised.

    Thank you.

    Hi @banglaquiz ,
it is some kind of “race condition”. So it’s about when the content is rendered and when your ad code is integrated.

I don’t know how your ad plugin works, but the automatic integration of the ad code is the problem.

If you could solve it otherwise, all the better.
    Greetings
