Hi! We lost all our products in merchant center after plugin recent update. All the feeds now have 0 products in xml’s files. There was not changes in the configuration feeds, only the plugin update.

Maybe the problem is in the filters? All of our feeds are ‘include only’ of some product category.

Hope you can help us with this.

    Greetings from Chile, Jaime.

We have found exactly the same issue on both of our sites that use the plugin too.

v13.4.0 worked perfectly, but on updating to v13.4.1 the feeds are empty. I’m assuming there is an issue with the filters or rules not being interpreted and applied the same between the two versions.

We’ve reverted to using v13.4.0 of the plugin for now, and the feeds now contain all of the products again as a result.

We’re using the latest versions of WordPress and WooCommerce etc.

The plugin ruined our feeds and merchant center listings.

Hi folks, we’re very sorry for the delay, we’re collecting all issues together to do a single fix. Aiming to get a patch out ASAP.

We are getting a lot of mixed reports making it hard to narrow down whether its one of multiple issues here.

Any debug logs, feed screenshots, issue reports are all most welcome. Please send along on this thread what you’ve personally identified as being the issue.
